The Broker - The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.
His background tells you something. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a founder with no industry background.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For something this new, that coverage is broad.
Platforms
Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Two major platforms from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both is useful. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 once they try it.
FIX API is offered for bots but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That would round things out once it is live.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. $0 to start. Good for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker does not.
VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not for most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.
How Fast Are the Fills
This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you trade higher timeframes, it matters less. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals what kind of broker this is.
Combine that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
The FSRA Question
Here is the part that matters. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. But be part of your decision.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works depends on you.
The Bonus
TabTrade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You fund your account, they credit extra capital. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
The full review, covering the full fee table, withdrawal check here policies, and regulatory details, is at Trade The Day.
